This De Lorezno Bond Defence Thermal Conditioner is a sulphate-free smoothing conditioner infused with Argan Oil that reduces the damage caused by thermal styling tools, excessive lighting and over processing. Formulated with AquaTherm and Bond Linking Technology, a scientifically proven Defence system that repairs bonds and protects hair against breakage, split ends and colour fade. Bond Defence complements all Novaplex services and is proven by independent tests to reduce hair breakage caused by thermal styling up to 88% and by lightening processes by up to 49%. AquaTherm is an advanced combination of protein, polymers and ceramides that provide heat activated protection and conditioning. This product's natural based, sulphate free formula locks in moisture and repairs bonds to improve strength, manageability and shine. Directions: Use De Lorenzo Bond Defence Thermal Conditioner after using De Lorenzo Bond Defence Thermal Shampoo. Massage conditioner into wet hair, comb through and leave for 3 - 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry hair.
For optimum results, apply De Lorenzo Defence Thermal Extinguish spray before styling.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
If your parcel has not been delivered within the above timeframes, please contact us via your MyDeal Account so we can investigate the matter right away. Hair & Beauty Supplies is always happy to investigate delayed and missing deliveries, so please notify us so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Hair & Beauty Supplies will allow a refund or exchange on products where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- In a resalable condition; and
- Not damaged in any way.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.
You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with this returns policy.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
**Please note a return fee of $2.10 is applicable for all Change Of Mind returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products, or electrical items that have been opened, unless the product is damaged/ faulty from the manufacturer. If an electrical item is damaged or faulty from the manufacturer, please see "Warranty Claims".
Warranty Claims:
Most of our electrical products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to refund your purchase amount as the item no longer belongs to us once the delivery is accepted. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds.
Can I cancel, update or edit my order?
Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake and have notified us within 20 minutes of placing your order, we may be able to intercept your order during our usual business hours. Please note, if your order is in process or transit, we are unable to provide refunds or credits unless the product has been returned. When you receive the order you may wish to notify us of your wish to return your item. Additional shipping and return fees may apply.
