Directions:
Wash the hair twice with MK Clarifying Shampoo for 2-3 minutes and massage gently. For very tight curls & virgin hair, wash hair with clarifying shampoo 3 times to ensure that the hair cuticles are ready to receive the treatment.
Blow-dry hair with hair dryer with moderate heat to 100% dry.
Part hair into 4 sections. Apply MK Biotin Therapy with an application brush section by section 1/4 inch from root. Do not over saturate. Comb the solution throughout the hair entirely (the more the hair is brushed, the better the result).
Leave the treatment for 45 minutes for wavy/frizzy hair and up to 75 minutes for very curly hair.
Rinse Excess product only from hair with water. DONOT Completely washes the hair. CAUTION: This step is different from all other keratin treatments. You first rinse the excess treatment from hair then you use the Flatiron.
Blow-dry hair completely 100% using your blow dryer and a round hair brush (the more the hair is brushed, the better the result).
Use the MK Flatiron at 450oF/230oC, 10-12 times on very small sections to properly seal the treatment into the hair cuticles. Iron very small portions of hair for best results. Adjust the heat by the hair condition.
Wash hair within 24 hours with MK Replenishing Shampoo and Conditioner. Apply MK Hair Serum or Argan Oil and style as desired.
For best results maintain treatment in hair using MK Replenishing Shampoo and Conditioner.

Hair & Beauty Supplies will allow a refund or exchange on products where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- In a resalable condition; and
- Not damaged in any way.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.
You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with this returns policy.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products, or electrical items that have been opened, unless the product is damaged/ faulty from the manufacturer. If an electrical item is damaged or faulty from the manufacturer, please see "Warranty Claims".
Warranty Claims:
Most of our electrical products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to refund your purchase amount as the item no longer belongs to us once the delivery is accepted. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds.
Can I cancel, update or edit my order?
Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake and have notified us within 20 minutes of placing your order, we may be able to intercept your order during our usual business hours. Please note, if your order is in process or transit, we are unable to provide refunds or credits unless the product has been returned. When you receive the order you may wish to notify us of your wish to return your item. Additional shipping and return fees may apply.
