Damaged item received and Product issues
We make it simple and easy, if there is any problem with your product, all that is required are photos or a short video demonstrating the product fault and once we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or refund the amount to your original method of payment. That simple!

I wish we had paid more and bought a better quality GPS solely for Aust & NZ. This is an American focussed GPS and it much harder to use than our last one that was a Garmin Nuvi. We are currently on a trip so it will either get thrown out or we will get it to a point where it is useful enough.

I bought this thinking I could use this whilst driving for directions but there is no sound. I thought I hadn't connected correctly. Company has now told me that it does not have sound. I need sound so I can listen to directions whilst driving. They are deducting money from my refund due to change of mind, but this is not a change of mind it is no good to me driving without sound. Don't buy this product if you want voice directions as it does not have it.
