We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Great wine rack, well made, and relatively easy to assemble. That said DO NOT buy a La Bella wine rack. I made this mistake and what rubbish. Poor quality thin steel that is curved making it near impossible to assemble and is not stable. Give La Bella a miss and only buy Artiss.

Once you got the hang of the putting it together it became easy . Great storage and very safe and secure . This wine rack looks great under my stairs .

Great product for storing a lot of wine Very stable and all components present and in good order I have a lot of these racks and after a lot of practise can put them together in a couple of hours

Awesome price for this type of wine rack. Read reviews where people complained that it was tricky to put together. They were right, was not easy, but worth the effort. Looks great.
