Delivery information
• Please refer to the "Estimated Delivery Time Frame" available in the product listing for expected delivery time to your address
• Signature is required upon delivery. Re-delivery fees will apply if you are unavailable at the time of initial delivery. To avoid the fees, please log on to your account to obtain your tracking details to track your order, and ensure that somebody is home at the time of delivery.
• We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast
• Please allow 5-9 business days for delivery
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

• Postage is paid by the customer
• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
All of our products are supported by a 6 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product(Unless describe in the listing). Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your Account to raise a warranty claim.
The coverage of the warranty begins from the day you receive your device and will be valid up till the very last day of the warranty period.
The warranty cover does not cover physical or water damage and general wear & tear.
