Warranty details: All Genelite new products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty with a minimum of 12 months’ cover. All warranty claims must be submitted to Genelite for approval. Genelite will endeavour to repair or replace any faulty goods within their warranty period in line with the individual manufacturer’s guidelines. Warning related to electric start generators or auto start for standby applications: All electric start and auto start generators draw a small amount of current from the battery over time. This may lead to a flat battery and subsequent failure of the battery. To ensure the generator starts when required, Genelite recommends connecting a suitable trickle charger or solar charger to the battery. If the generator is to be stored for an extended period, Genelite recommend installing a battery isolator or disconnecting the battery, in addition to connecting the battery to a suitable battery charger. Failure to follow this advice will void any warranty claim related to a flat battery.

You are responsible for the return freight, and we do charge a 20% Restocking fee which is credited upon inspection.
