Important Note: Never overfill the upper tank. If the lower tank is half full, you can completely fill the upper tank. If the level of water in the lower tank is higher than half, you must not fill the upper tank, or leakage may occur through the joining ring.

Average shipping time is 1-5 business days for metro areas and 3-10 Business days for regional areas. Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain products, your order eligibility and express charge will be confirmed at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY
We provide 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. For certain products, we have extended money back guarantee up to 6 months and even 12 months (refer to the individual product descriptions for more info). Please contact us to make a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage.

It filters super fast. Water tastes great. I prefer the rectangular shape to my previous round one. Awesome value for money. I would happily recommend this product.

I have been using a water filter system for some years they all do reach a use-by date at some stage. I replaced the old one with this one, and I'm very happy with it, the water is lovely and it is as quick to process the water as you could hope for.

I like it - ive had it for a couple of weeks now and use it daily - pretty simple to set up and get it going! Took a couple of days to set up properly to get the full effect! No plastic taste like some say and overall really good ! We got the 22 L and its perfect for our small family of 4 ! The only thing i would fault is that i wish we had a jug that came with it to help fill the water.. no big deal just thought it would be a nice touch!

I have been very happy with my order for its value it is great. I was initially unhappy to find that my order had been broken upon delivery even with protection. I emailed explaining and received a prompt reply and the parts that had been broken within the next day or so. Very happy with this company would recommend to anyone.
