Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Very big tarp, good quality and fast delivery

Product meets requirements - the only issue i have is with the courier - Fastway ! If you live outside metro areas they are very hard to deal with and you will end up paying extra to have the goods delivered by a different courier......
