We do try very hard to ship all our products quickly. In most cases items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. 

We provide a comprehensive 12-month in-house warranty for the majority of our products, with any exceptions clearly outlined on the respective product pages.

In addition, select brands extend their warranty coverage to 2 years, 3 years, 4 years and 5 years. The specific warranty periods for these products are detailed, and customers have the option to either submit claims through our service or directly with the brand.
