HOW TO INSTALL

1. Choose the Right Location – Ensure the floor is flat, clean and dry.
2. Measure and Prepare – Measure the space where you want to install the gym mat to ensure it fits properly; and get them ready.
3. Secure the Mat – Once you have completes lining them up, use a rubber hammer to squeeze them together. For added stability, you may use double-sided carpet tape or mat glue to secure the edges of the mat to the floor.
4. Trimming (if necessary) – If your mat is larger than the space, you may need to trim it to fit using a utility knife or scissors. Make sure you mark the gym mat before trimming.
5. Test the Installation – Walk or apply light pressure on the mat to ensure it is securely in place and won’t shift during use.
6. Maintenance – periodically check the mat for any wear and tear. Clean the mat according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

HOW TO CLEAN

1. Sweep or Vacuum – Start by removing loose dirt, dust, and debris from the mat’s surface using a broom, brush, or vacuum cleaner. This helps prevent scratching during the cleaning process.
