In most areas of Australia, due to the relatively large size of the product, additional shipping charges may be required in some remote areas.

Most products come with a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a mutually agreeable solution.

Warranty claims: Most of our products come with a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer's faults of the product. Some of our products may have different warranty periods, please check the product description. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us to file a warranty claim.
