SleepPhones were created by a family doctor who struggled with sleep after taking late night patient phone calls. She needed to listen to some meditative music and didn’t want to use bulky headphones or uncomfortable earbuds. So she and her husband sewed and soldered the first SleepPhones on their kitchen table. SleepPhones were a hit, eventually going on to help more than one million people around the world.
