The Gold Series is a long-lasting high performance trampoline from Action Sports, combining great safety features and awesome bounce performance.

Features:

reversible colour pads (green/blue)
sturdy, weather-resistant frame
UV-treated thick pad covers and durable netting for longer product life
Materials: Galvanised steel, PP, PVC, PE
Assembled Dimensions: 487cm diam x 259cmH
Includes 5 years warranty on the frame, 2 years on the mat and springs and 1 year on all other parts.

Warnings:

Only one person to use the structure at any one time
Maximum user weight of 150kgs.
Not suitable for children aged under 6 years old
Adult supervision required at all times when the set is in use by children
Do not use when wet as serious injury may result
For domestic and outdoor use only
2 adults are required for assembly - small parts are included
Install on a clean and level grassed surface. Do not install on concrete, asphalt or other hard surface.
Recommended at least 2m clear space around the assembled set

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the goods. We will accept a change of mind if:-

the claim is lodged within 14 days of delivery.
a proof of purchase can be shown.
a Return Authorisation (RA#) is obtained from us in advance of goods being returned. Please do not organise the returns without notifying us first. We do not accept returns to be delivered in person to our warehouse.
the goods are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current model, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.

Deliveries

Claims relating to product damage upon delivery should be notified to our customer service team as soon as possible.

In the case of your purchase being delivered damaged, our service centre representative:-

May request photos of the damage.
Will offer a replacement or refund.
Will issue a Return Authorisation (RA#) for the damaged product to be collected and returned to us at our cost.
Please contact our service centre via your MyDeal account, Our service centre representative will assist with providing a return authority number.

Faulty product

If you have received a product which is faulty:-

Please contact our service centre via your MyDeal account, our service centre representative will assess the claim.
If there is a minor fault, we can offer either a replacement spare part, replacement unit or other suitable remedy.
If there is a major fault we can offer a replacement, repair or full refund
If the product was damaged through abnormal use, no refund or repair can be offered.
