Kitchenly is based in Sydney and all orders are dispatched within 36 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive between 1-3 days and for remote / rural areas please allow extra time

We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item. The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. In the unlikely event of breakages or damage to your item in transit, please reach out to our customer service team with pictures of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you as appropriate.
