It can be used as part of a rehab program and to tone up buttocks, condition shoulders and improve hip mobility. Looking after the gluteal muscular region and the hips can play a key role in rebalancing the muscles of the body, and in particular alleviate some of the unnecessary strain often put on the lower back muscles. Maintaining good shoulder strength and mobility is also essential to most of your upper body movements. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a tracking number and link to our delivery partner. Please note that our carrier companies’ delivery policies also apply and that some orders cannot be shipped to selected areas.

If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way, you may request an exchange of opened product. Fitness Systems United will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately; we may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

To make a claim, you must obtain a return authorization number by email. Your email must be sent within 30 days of the date recorded on the order receipt and indicate your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty. This will enable us to allocate you a return authorization number & inform you where to send the product believed to be faulty.

If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, you will be charged the postage and/or handling fees. If it is found that the product IS faulty, the product will be replaced, and postage and/or handling will be paid for by Fitness Systems United.
