The concept of Addict-a-ball involves twisting, turning and tilting this transparent orb in various directions so that you can guide a small metal ball through the 3D maze of platforms, holes and spirals which are suspended within. You might not think that such a simple low tech ball-through-maze game would be able to hold your attention for very long, but this thing is frustratingly addictive and sometimes annoying puzzle will keep you playing for ages. To master the addict-a-ball you must guide your ball through a huge array of challenges, over platforms, through arches, down holes, vertical roll through's meaning you must twist and turn the ball up to 360 degree's in order to reach your goal. Be warned, working your way through the labyrinth like structure is no easy task and if your anything like us, you will lose many hours from your day whilst trying to figure it out. It's great fun and makes a great present idea for any avid puzzler! Ages 6 +

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
