We stand behind the quality of our foldable bathtubs and are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any defects or issues with your foldable bathtub within the first seven (7) days of purchase, we will replace or refund your purchase, at our discretion.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use of the foldable bathtub. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, incorrect storage, not drying properly, non- care when opening and closing the bath or neglect. Non-care during opening and closing can create a split in the bath which can be fixed with a repair kit provided by the manufacturer.

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact our Customer Service Team (03) 9087 1233 within 7 days of purchase. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and images of the defect or issue. Our customer service team will assist you with the process and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
