15-day return policy

If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you

If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you

Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation

Good product for price. I love the small virtual fire that is so realistic looking Somewhat challenging to work out the instructions, but getting there. It behaved well during the below freezing temperatures in the evening and it looks good. :) Happy so far. :)
