The return process is as follows:

When the return requirements are met, we will inform the warehouse address
 
Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item
 
If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you
 
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you
 
Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation

  • I didn’t expect it to be quite big, actually i was worried if it would’ve been quite small as it would be uncomfortable. So I’m quite happy, it is quite quiet as well. So it’s good to put in a bedroom if you have the room. Very sturdy as well. I’m really happy with this purchase, now my grandma, uncle and i can use it. Also comes with a pair of gloves.

  • I was going to buy a fitness trampoline that was more expensive than this one – thinking it would be better value. However, this one is fantastic quality. It's firm and very bouncy with a lot of room on the mat. The bar is a fun addition too. I've got great use out of it in the last few days and had a blast. It's lot of fun and great exercise. The only complaint I have is that it's a little tricky putting it together initially and the instructions aren't great. Be prepared to need two people to put it together as it takes a lot of strength to pop it open.
