15-day return policy

The return process is as follows:

Tell us about your intention to return the goods by contacting us, and let us know the status of the goods through photos

When the return requirements are met, we will inform the warehouse address

Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item

If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you

If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you

Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation

We try our best to package these products because we think they will be mishandled during transportation, and sometimes the goods will still be damaged during transportation.

The product is good value for the money. I was surprised at the cost of the postage though as it nearly doubled the price of the unit. My granddaughters were very happy with the scooters however did not like the artwork on them.
