What is the Aircast AirLift PTTD Ankle Brace?
Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD) occurs when the posterior tibial tendon becomes inflamed or torn. As a result, the tendon may not be able to provide stability and support for the arch of the foot and this resulting in flatfoot.
The Aircast(R) AirLift(TM) PTTD Brace has a versatile stirrup design that aids in the treatment of posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD). The anatomically correct design and new intuitive Integrated Inflation System allow for customization of the air cell to help lift the foot arch for a more natural position.
Along with Aircast(R) technology, durable cross strapping and easy step-in design, the AirLift provides an off-the-shelf customized fit for comfortable relief from PTTD symptoms.
Recommended for those with: Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD) or adult acquired flatfoot (AAF).

How does it work ?
The Aircast Airlift PTTD Ankle Brace has an integrated AirCell located under the arch of the foot. The AirCell is adjustable using the hand bulb included with the brace. When inflated, the AirCell lifted the arch of the foot and this helps to relieve the pressure on the arch and the Posterior Tibial Tendon.
The AirCell can also accommodate variances in arch shapes and heights, and comfortably lifts the foot arch to achieve a more natural foot position.
For ease-of-use, AirCell inflation can be adjusted while wearing foot wear.

Returns - Due to hygiene issues, if an item is to be returned because it's not suitable or the wrong size, we will only accept a return of the product if it has its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.
b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
