C.D. Component Company was established in 1991, a subsidiary of J.D. Group. The main products are accessories of the bicycle,i.e.kickstand, rear carrier, bottle cage, bell and related products.

In 1994 the unique kickstand CD-91, which is able to adjust leg from 26"~28' easily, was developed and led the trend around world. Also in 1994 we set Tranz X as OBM (Ordnance Bench Mark) and promote the brand name in European and American Market.

In 2006 because J.D. Group has been growing in strength day by day,the division is also getting professional, therefore, we C.D.
