Natural leather is tanned by our highly skilled Artisans who use passed down centuries old traditional methods in the tanneries. These Poufs are made without the use of harmful chemicals therefore producing a beautiful soft designer luxury leather pouf. Since these poufs are tanned, handmade and hand-stitched using traditional methods they may have slight variations in colour or pattern which adds to the beauty of handmade items. Poufs have zip up fastening underneath and come unstuffed. The ottoman can be filled with old duvets, clothes, blankets, polystyrene beans, etc. These versatile poufs will add style, elegance, texture and colour to any interior decor modern or traditional use as a footstool, seating, a table, scatter in a penthouse apartment, cosy up by a log fire in a country cottage, or for Indian summers outdoor dinning, group them around the pool for luxury poolside gatherings. We use Australia Post to as our logistics partner for orders and use standard post to dispatch orders. We have warhouses both in Australia and India and for certain products despatch goods from both our warehouses. Please message us if any questions on the same.

All our products come with a 12 month warranty. The warranty cover does not include for damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect and lack of maintenance, usual wear and tear, natural disaster or any other external causes.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you can return the products to us in its original packaging and saleable conditions within 60 days from the date of order. Please note that the product must be unused and in brand new condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for covering the return costs and the initial shipping is non-refundable.
