Directions: 

Simply apply the desired amount into a cupped hand and rub into the skin thoroughly. Repeat as appropriate.

• Apply desired amount to chest, neck, arms, legs, or abdomen 30 minutes before sleep for best results.

• Can be used as a daily moisturizer.
• The airless pump better preserves the product and ensures you get 100% of the product in the bottle, but it does need to be primed. This means you’ll have to pump a few times before the product dispenses upon first use.
