4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Absolutely fits the area that I hoped it would. Love the colour and it was so easy to assemble (I'm 79 and had never assembled any furniture before).

Ordered 2 of these chairs and they arrived so very quickly. They were easy to assemble and are exactly as pictured. I did anticipate that they would be larger than they are, however the sizes were clearly marked in the ad - so that's on me.
