Our couriers include Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, TNT and some others for bulk orders.

Orders will be dispatched in 1-3 working days from receiving payment.
Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 7am – 5pm.

A signature is normally required for delivery.

Pick Up:
When you have completed your order, select the “pick up” option at the shipping step in the checkout process. This will allow you to come to our warehouse and pick up your order. Goods can be picked up Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. But please contact us to arrange a time before coming in.
Change of mind:
FITEK will provide a 14-day money-back guarantee*. If you are not satisfied or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 14 days from the invoice date at your expense. The item must be returned with all the original accessories and packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be charged from the total order amount. This policy does not apply to customized orders and pre orders.
Important: Once racks have been installed, they cannot be returned. This is because installed racks are no longer in a condition that allows them to be resold as new products.
Damaged or Faulty Item Upon Arrival:
FITEK will provide a 14-day return policy from the day of invoice on all items; if the user finds that the item is not as described or damaged due to insufficient packaging/dead on arrival (no fees will be administered).
Damaged or Faulty Items After Use:
If your goods become damaged or faulty after use, FITEK will try and resolve the issue. If your goods have been used according to product guidelines and are still within the warranty period we will organize replacement or refund. We will not replace or refund goods that are damaged through incorrect use or through natural wear and tear.
Customized Orders:
Customized and Custom Made items cannot be returned. There are orders by which the customer chooses the color design, logo/personalized products etc. FITEK will make a fair attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern.
Sale Items:
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Warranty Claim and Returns Procedure:
In the event of returns due to warranty claims, DOA or money back cases, the customer will be required to contact FITEK via Email or telephone to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. Any warranty claim will require an invoice and be brought into the store or have evidence by way of image or video through email that our staff will approve. Afterwards, you will be asked to send the items back in its original packaging with all contents. For warranty cases only, the return postage fee will be shouldered by the customer. Once items have been received and inspected, a refund of payment or replacement (if applicable) will be processed back to the customer. We will not replace or refund goods that are damaged through incorrect use or natural wear and tear.
Unless otherwise specified in our Warranty Policy, all products have a 3 month manufacturing warranty, starting from the date of invoice.
