Returns & Replacements

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we will take it back and refund you the full amount you paid for the item within 30 days of when you received it – so long as it is unopened and still in resalable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded & Return Postage will be on you.

We do our best to make sure everything is posted out in a way to minimize damage, but sadly sometimes things do go wrong. If a product does arrived damages, please email us a photo of it. We will either send a replacement or give you a replied paid address to send it back and we will give you a full refund including postage costs you would have paid.

Rights under the Australian Consumer Law -  Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
