Shipping Details
Please note that our items will be shipped either from our Aus Warehouse or our China office. Please have a look at the ad which will identify the delivery times in detail. Please allow 2-10 business days on average and please allow extra time if outside of Metro Areas.
Change of Mind:
We accept change of mind within 14 days from delivery as long as the item is returned in the original condition as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in tact including any package seals being unbroken and not damaged in any way

Prior to returning a device for warranty, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a repair, refund or replacement. Please note that all return requests must be accompanied by photo and video evidence for a Return Authorisation Number.
