Excellent = Device shows none or only faint marks on the screen and/or rear and frame. This device is in "Excellent" condition. the seller would rate it 9.5 out of 10.
Good = Device shows some visible light surface scratches or marks on the screen and/or rear with any visible dents. Light Surface scratches on the screen may not be visible when this device is turned on during use. The seller would rate it 8 out of 10.
Fair = Device shows many visible scratches on the screen and rear. This can include some deep scratches on the screen and/or minor dents on the rear. The seller would rate it 7.5 out of 10.
Battery performance and capacity may vary based on use, lithium batteries are a serviceable part which will require replacement with or without use. We do not warrant or recommend water immersion since this may void warranty due to corrosion. This is device may be an international version but compatible for worldwide use, some international versions have an audible shutter sound.
This device although IP rated can be damaged or destroyed by liquid ingress, particularly salt and chlorinated water which corrodes the seals. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty by the seller.

Change of Mind Returns:

Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Warranty Claims:
All of our products are supported by a 6 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product(Unless describe in the listing). Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. The coverage of the warranty begins from the day you receive your device and will be valid up till the very last day of the warranty period.
The warranty cover does not cover physical or water damage and general wear & tear.
