Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Great phone. Exactly same as my iPhone 7 which I loved and fits in my old case! So glad Apple kept this design. Transferring from old to new was seamless. Apple design is top notch.

Exactly as described. Brand new IPhone for about $100 less than anywhere else. Can't speak for the quality of used items as I bought brand new Was a little skeptical at first but turns out to be a great decision Came in original packaging as well!

This is the 3rd variation of the iPhone SE that I have owned, and by far the BEST. The 5G is lightning fast. Would recommend this phone to anybody who wants a small form. Price was great. Delivery was a problem but once Australia Post got their act together, was here a day earlier than they predicted.

seems very good in the short time since purchase. I am a little disappointed thart the battery life is on ly two days on a new product and that is with little use.
