The "Aqara Doorbell Camera Hub G410 Select" is a 2K smart video doorbell that also works as a Zigbee hub, Thread Border Router, and Matter controller. Compatible with Apple HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Home for easy integration. Advanced radar motion detection and on-device facial recognition deliver fast and accurate alerts. Multiple storage options include microSD, NAS, or encrypted cloud storage. The doorbell unit supports 24/7 recording1 and can be powered by battery or wired connection, while the indoor chime unit is simply powered via USB-C.

2 To use the device with HomeKit Secure Video, an iCloud plan, and an Apple home hub are required. Note: Within Apple Home, the resolution is limited to 1200p, and it may be downgraded in case of poor network conditions. When both Apple Home and Aqara Home are connected, the maximum resolution of the G410 Select in Aqara Home will also be downgraded from 1536p to 1200p. It can be restored when HomeKit is disconnected.

3 Please note: we don't recommend using the face recognition to control security devices such as door locks, unless the user configures additional automations that will decrease the risk of misuse (e.g. geo-fencing)

4 A MicroSD card is not included with the G410 Select, while 24/7 recording is only available in wired powering mode.

5 The cloud storage requires HomeGuardian plan, which has a free trial included and activated automatically.

6 Within Apple Home, the resolution is limited to 1200p, and it may be downgraded in case of poor network conditions. 7 For wired installation, doorbell wiring must supply 12V-24V AC (0.2A, 50/60Hz) or 12V-24V DC (0.5A).

8 The estimation is based on the device being woken up no more than 10 times per day. The battery life depends on the particular use case and the environment. If the device is installed in a place with heavy foot traffic, we suggest switching it into the power-saving mode.
