Sales and Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that a return of item is requested, it must include all original items in undamaged, re-saleable condition, with original packaging, including manuals, warranty forms, etc.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when sending products back.

We pride ourselves on our professional, discreet and safe packing and posting procedures. So, on the odd chance that a parcel is broken, without photographic proof, we cannot be held liable for the damage. We try as hard as we can to get your items to your door the way they are meant to be.

Exchanging an item for a different item:
If you wish to exchange an item for another item, it must be returned to us in new, unused condition within 14 days or receipt. Once we receive the item, the exchange item will be shipped out to you. Any additional fees and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

All AQUA-TANKS are backed with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If a manufacturing defect is found, we will be happy to replace your product, including all delivery charges.

The following conditions are not classed as manufacturing defects, and will not be covered under warranty:

Accidental damage
Normal wear and tear
General product misuse / abuse / incorrect setup
Melting caused by heating
Any product not used or maintained in accordance to the instructions.

Before any refund or replacement can be given, we may require you to return the faulty product for inspection.

As there are occasions where it may not be necessary to send the product back, please contact us before returning any items. In many cases, we may simply ask for photographs of the product fault.

If you are required to return the product, please make sure you package your products adequately to prevent damage. We do not accept liability for returned packages which are damaged during transit.

Your 12-month warranty is only valid if you have a valid proof of purchase.
