This system is supplied with an adapter to connect the system to 1/2" and 3/4" garden taps [picture 5]

Standard mixer taps refer to a mixer tap where you can unscrew the aerator on the end of the tap and will be left with either a 20mm female thread or a 23mm male thread. If you have the 20mm female thread you`ll need to use the inside to outside thread converter [in the 3rd picture and supplied with this item] to connect but if you have a 23mm male thread after removing the aerator you won`t need to use the thread converter with this item]

The reverse osmosis process results in the purest possible water and results in the total dissolved solids (TDS) count dropping by +/- 96% depending on environmental factors

As this system also has a final stage mixed resin deioniser after the reverse osmosis membrane the removal rate increases to between 99.9%-100%

This purification process is commonly considered to be the most effective method of purification available to the public, and will consistently produce the lowest level of contaminant

This system will produce +/- 380 litres per day [depending on the purity required and the quality of feed water this can vary by up to +/-10%]

RO will reduce/remove all of contaminant in the feed water including chlorine, fluoride, volatile organic compounds, disinfection by-products, heavy metals, etc

All water contact parts are manufactured from high quality food grade plastics and all our filters and systems have the relevant NSF INTERNATIONAL (National Sanitation foundation), WQA (Water Quality Association) or FDA (Food and Drug Administration) quality standard approvals.

This RO unit has a 24 month warranty which is subject to our warranty terms and conditions and is installed with a pressure reducing valve and leak shut off device

According to regulatory standards any water filter system under constant water pressure [regardless of the brand or supplier] is required to be fitted with an AS3497 approved pressure reducing valve and back-flow prevention device which we have listed separately in our store. We also recommend that a leak detector shut off device is installed with any water filter and / or reverse osmosis system which is under pressure and is also for sale in our store
