Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Great chair! It's incredibly comfortable and relaxing, and it's suitable for both myself (1.62m, 60kg) and my partner (1.82m, 107kg). I highly recommend it due to its lovely design and excellent quality.

Awesome chair. Very easy to assemble. One person only required to assemble. Very comfortable. Only small negative is that the cushion for the head is more like a brick :) Easy to change with a cushion of my choice though. If I had room on my patio for more, I would definitely purchase more.

Love the chair easy to assemble I'm just waiting for the second one I don't understand why didn't arrive with the first one I'm hoping that it will arrive soon if not I'll contact my deal again to find where it is
