Warranty and Refunds Policy

If an item arrives to you faulty or damaged, a full refund or replacement is available via our insured courier.
Please Note: You must contact us within 24 hours to be eligible. The timeframe is not our rule, but a rule that is imposed on us by the couriers.

Customer is required to pay for return postage and to send photos of product/s prior to sending them back to us.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Change of mind returns and exchanges are accepted with a 15% restocking fee.

We offer warranty for most of our products. This will be noted in the products description.

LED Mirror Warranty:
2-Year

If there is a fault with the LED then the whole mirror will be replaced. However the item must be returned in the same condition it was purchased in. e.g. if a mirror is returned with a cracked screen, and the LED is faulty, the mirror will not be replaced.

LED Cabinet Mirror Warranty:
2-Year

Faulty LED Cabinet Mirrors is a replacement or repair only. AussieBaths is not liable for any labor work that is involved and is not held accountable if customer/s decide to recess the cabinets.

Please Note: Hard-wiring the LED Mirrors will void the warranty.

Basin Warranty:
2-Year

Returns Policy

We offer customers the option to return their products for all items purchased via our website. 

The conditions are: 
– Return within 60 days.
– Customer pays for shipping label.
– 15% restocking fee is charged.
– Item must be returned as ‘New’.
This means not used, still in all original packaging.
