If you would like to make a claim relating to your order for any errors or for a product that may have been damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods via your MYDEAL account. When the returned goods have been received at our warehouse, we shall either credit the relevant charges or replace the items. Be sure to always inspect your goods before opening and using them.
