RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return or exchange an item within 7 days of receipt of the item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number – no returns or exchanges will be accepted without authorisation.
Once you have received this number, please make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return to arrive back at My Choice within 7 working days. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back by freight, with the delivery pre-paid and with the piece(s) unused, disassembled and arrive in “as new” condition in the original packaging.
You will be charged for items received back that, when inspected, are found to have been used or built. Special order items, or items manufactured to your specifications are not returnable. In the event of special order items that are received faulty, we will of course rectify this by either replacing the faulty part, or if the entire product is faulty, a full replacement will be sent free of charge. Shipping and handling charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Goods purchased from our warehouse are exchanged at the managers discretion.
NOTE: IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU KEEP ALL THE PACKAGING. YOU MUST RE-PACK ALL ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO US. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS FOR RETURN THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNLESS DEEMED TO BE FAULTY BY US.

Product is just as it was stated. My tip for the seller, make it easier to find the additional parts that maybe required at original time of purchase, eg additional cobra-end cable & self-adjusting picture hooks. I've had to order these after installing the picture rails & now have to wait for them to arrive before I can finish my picture wall. My only issue was with courier delivery, being regional area. Tip to buyer, take your time & use a level.
