1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Awesome product . Well designed . Comfortable , stylish and easy to assemble . The sticky label is a bit of a nuisance and after taking it off , it appears it takes off some veneer ….which is on the underside of the seat so not a major issue . Australian standards requires the wording as advised in the assembly instructions.
