2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods

4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

The instruction manual to assemble must be improved, specifically it was important which side to face front or back, correct direction and which edge to align, It took a long time to figure out. The design is not robust with the assembling of the glass panel. Relocating the unit around is a challenging task one assembled due to the glass panel. Not a smart design.
