1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Exactly as pictures! Super easy to assemble. Gas lift runs smoothly. Base isn't as heavy as more expensive stools but is still stable. The seat itself is comfortable and the back rises up enough to lean back and settle in. Zero regrets on this purchase!
