1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Overall experience after three weeks has been pretty solid. Chair is comfortable and easily adjustable. The massage setting is not a solid 5/10. Its not exactly a "massage". Still feels great and has a few setting to adjust for maximum comfort. Be warned the material is easily scratched and damaged. Pants with sharp buttons and zippers will damage the material. The rollers on the bottom part can be uncomfortable depending on how you like to sit. 😂 Overal solid purchase. If you want a comfortable office chair, with the occasional roller action, it's a good option
