Being a woman some of the parts were a little heavy having had back surgery earlier in the year. It is a comfortable chair is very comfortable. The heat and massage features make it even better. It is the 3rd office chair i have tried. Due to my back surgery i need a good support for my back especially the lumbar area. Loving the chair!
