Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I am soooo happy with this rug, I absolutely love it, has not slipped once in the nearly 2 months since it arrived. Iv ordered another rug from Artiss different pattern, this rug is very short pile, but so soft to walk on. Highly recommended.

Very nice material. Soft touch carpet. It is easy to vacuum. It looks gorgeous in the living room. The size is nice too. I highly recommend for this product. It's worth it for the money.
