1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I bought this chair for my husband for an early combined birthday and xmas birthday present. It is Perfect for sitting in front of his computer all day. The chair he was sitting on previously was so hard for him to get up from, since he is getting older. This chair is a breeze for him to get out of, I should have bought him one earlier.

Comfortable, easy to put together. Delivery took ages but the product is as described.

This chair is very comfortable, it looks great and feels like leather to the touch, maybe it could be a little wider, but that's not a problem.
