2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Beautifully crafted bed. The instructions could use a some going over. as there were places that just didn't make sense, but we figured it out in the end. Very sturdy bed. Quite happy with it. Thank you.
