1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

For the price this bed is very good value and looks as good as the picture. We did have a problem with one of the parts, contacted the supplier and they quickly replaced it for us.
