Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

The easiest assembly in memory. Everything fitted, good tools supplied. Still dealing with best use of chair, but need 6 stars to adequately describe how perfectly everything fitted. Better than IKEA.

Good value for money chair. Easy to put together & seems pretty solid. Cushioning was good for the first couple of weeks but I'm now noticing it is beginning to compress down. Overall it's solid but not outstanding
