2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Great cheap bed. The lift is sturdy but the headboard is a little flimsy. Great for the price and easy to assemble.
