2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

I purchased this chair foe myself as I do a lot of sitting whilst sewing and wanted a chair with lumbar support and also a foot rest. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's so comfortable. The framework is very sturdy and the fabric is beautiful. I highly recommend it!!
