1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Very pleased. Firm but comfortable to sit it.. the push back recline is a bit firm for me but that’s due to age..it is getting easier with use.
